  I was very keen to get Shomera to build an extension for me as I really liked their contemporary designs. I booked an appointment & one of their design consultants came to my house, took some measurements & I gave him a few ideas of what I wanted.
  He advised me that he would be in touch with me with a design and estimate in about 1 to 2 weeks. I still hasn't heard from them after nearly 3 weeks so I rang the company & they told me they would get him to call me. A week went by and I still hadn't received an estimate or call so I rang again and again I was told they would get him to contact me.
  I never heard anything back from the company again. I don't why they didn't want my business but they should have had the common decency and professional courtesy to let me know instead of keeping me waiting for a month.
  I now have another company booked in to build my extension but Shomera would have saved me a lot of time if they were just told me they were not interested in doing the work for me.
  It was a very bad experience & I would not recommend this company.
